We only introduce you to opportunities that genuinely align with your experience and ambitions. We do not circulate CVs without consent, and we do not present roles that are unsuitable simply to fill vacancies.
3. Representation & Interview Support
Once you are shortlisted, we coordinate interviews, provide preparation guidance and manage feedback on both sides. We keep you informed throughout the process and ensure expectations remain clear.
4. Offer Management
If an offer is made, we support with negotiation where appropriate and help manage the transition through resignation and notice period to ensure a smooth start.
